Work-life balance is Excellent. There are a lot of considerations for women employees, especially regarding timings and flexibility regarding travelings. Company policies are fair and unbiased.

Dislikes

Salary, and appraisal are very bad for developers here. The package you will enter in will be same through out, which will become ver less compared to market rate. Even promotion would not be able to fill the gap.

Company is has a very clear vision for its employees, if you know how to sell and especially you know how to generate leads then Classcanyon is the perfect company for your career. Very innovative promotion structure along with salary hike. Educators are amazing.

Dislikes

Additional formalities for salespeople, so many agreements, and it is hard to connect with the CEO. No Laptop until you qualify their probation period.

The company always change their policies for sales employees. They use monitask to monitor their employees and sometimes monitask won't work, and the Compliance team gives warning for no reason.

Hiring team is good, quick hiring and decision. Glad to have a one-on-one with CEO as he gives time to every employee, his vision and mission are very clear. I love his line, my company, my rules as this is my money. If you know sales, then i don't this any-other platform will give you a better career and salary hike.

I like the flexibility about this company. All the teachers, technical team and even the management are very polite and helpful. The best part is you get work home work facility so you are employed but at the some time you take care of your family members.

As such i can't see any cons here since before any cons occur the company itself is updated themselves to make the employees comfortable

Team is amazing, everyone is so helpful. I remember i was struggling with sales at month-end and my team lead transferred me one sale so that i stay in the company. They help me with my career growth and the amazing vision of the company. product is easy to sell, no struggle at all.

like every company, your colleagues are really nice people. If you are. a workaholic it is a lovely place. targets must be completed if you want appreciation and want to stay with the company.

One of the good companies, i have ever seen. There are many rules and regulations. I had learned a lot of things from this company. Also, seniors are very helpful and Prashant sir also motivated me and always helps in the organization. This is one of the excellent companies.

As a science teacher it is difficult to earn a good amount of money but classcanyon+ has bridged the gap between the students and the teachers and hence been great learning for the teachers and the pay is also good.

Dislikes

Not much communication with employees and other teachers on the platform. Feels secluded sometimes as its a work from home.
