Nothing to be liked. All the things are out of favour of employees.

Everything to be disliked. Whatever HR is saying is 1000% fake,unrealistic. If you re applying for QA she will say you are selected and if by chance another candidate also gets selected for the same role. And that also with less salary than you then HR will hire the other candidate. Main point is that HR will not reject you but when you visit the company she will give you any excuses and will tell you to change the department....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
