Location, caste and friend Favoritism, no out of box thinking, managers don't know anything about competitors products and their advantages and they only want numbers from employees. Clarivate will never grow if tenure managers stay in comfort zones. Even managers don't have knowledge in Clarivate products, especially in Chennai and Hyderabad locations

One of the worst companies to work at. Useless management. Nobody likes to use their brains and think in this organization. Company CEO changed thrice in 2 years. Don't recommend anybody from LS&H to join here. No growth, no promotion, no salary, no support, no management and no culture.

The exec and upper management is not from India, there is inequality in pay and opportunities between Indians and them. Indians are exepcted to show up in office, buring half their salaies in useless expenses for the work that could be done from home. The new management is shaky.
