REVIEW ABOUT A COMPANY
Hi,
I have 1+ years of exp in salesforce development at warpdrive tech works. Now I got selected in a company called clarivate there the package also really good and my DOJ is 07/04/2025. I am happy with the package. But i am afraid that now I saw post from the same company's Employee about the layoffs in someother platform. I am really scared. So I just want to know about the company "Clarivate, Bangalore"

If the pay is good, go for it! Worst case, you gain experience and switch later.

Clarivate has had layoffs, but so has every other company lately. Just have a backup plan

If layoffs are happening frequently, maybe ask the recruiter about it before joining. See how they respond.

Been in a similar situation. Took the job, survived layoffs, and now I earn more than before. Risk vs. reward.

If you’re already having doubts, maybe keep looking? But if the package is great, it might still be worth the risk.

Clarivate is a reputed company, but like many firms, it has had restructuring phases. It’s best to connect with current employees for firsthand insights.

Layoffs can happen anywhere, but that doesn’t mean all teams are affected. If you’re happy with the package, consider the growth opportunities and skill development.
