mediclaim and leave policies are best. Work pressure is huge, work culture is mixed . If you don't have big financial ambition this company is for you.

Salary and increment is highly poor. Earning a single penny is becomes life thrilling experience.

The global management is great, but indian management is worst. You will be screwed up on the name of customer satisfaction with unrealistic target. You will feel sorry for your talent and effort you put there. Zero growth and increment after pandemic

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
