Likes

Actually when I joined the company it was Thomson Reuters and it was expectional in all ways. But later Clarivate Analytics failed to satisfy it's employees. Nothing can be noted as pros here

Dislikes

Appraisal is poor. Training don't help you while at work .. Nothing to learn for career development. unfriendly environment. Incentive system is not working properly
