The only thing that was likable is that one doesn't have visit office everyday in Kolkata office.

Kolkata office culture is very toxic. They try to manipulate and do unfair work judgements. Poor promotion and incentive structure and salary scale is poorly designed as well. Also they have the policy to join office from 8 am to 12 noon anytime but your manager will force your to join office according to their schedule and benefits. Goals are changed without acknowledging the particular employee and the work load is increased to an extent where it becomes difficult for an employee to manage their work. And if anyone complaints about work then they are dealt with unfair work measurements where they will be told to work with same pace like a other employee with 9 yrs of experience where the particular will be someone holding just 1 yrs of experience in this organization....Read More
