One of the worst companies to work at. Useless management. Nobody likes to use their brains and think in this organization. Company CEO changed thrice in 2 years. Don't recommend anybody from LS&H to join here. No growth, no promotion, no salary, no support, no management and no culture.

The exec and upper management is not from India, there is inequality in pay and opportunities between Indians and them. Indians are exepcted to show up in office, buring half their salaies in useless expenses for the work that could be done from home. The new management is shaky.

Overall company is great but nothing to learn new and don't expect promotion if you are a key player in the team, You only get promoted if you are leaving the organisation
