In this Company, Senior Managers and HR don't care about their employee. They always want to make their client happy even if they wish the employee availability for 16 to 20 hours and HR and management asks the employee to be available for the same number of hours. They don't listen anything from their own employee and most of the time HR will call and ask for the resignation over the same call forcefully. This is their normal practice to follow. No job security, people trying cost cutting by cutting down entire team, you just get a call you are asked to leave saying we are downsizing due to budget issues, on first side some mentally challenged person would do such things by hiring when he doesn't has enough budget
