"Proceed with caution" is the word for CJDarcl as it is a nightmare for your career growth. Worst Management. Zero Growth Oppurtunities. The HR here is like a joke with ZERO support for employees . Amazing working culture where strict policies are created to force employees from not getting up from there seats. Your CTC automatically changes from fixed to variable without any talk.

It's a LALA company where mid Sr.'s level are in thinking they are THE BOSS of the LALA company. They do play a role of Monarchy and under employees are nothing to be considered as person. Their hot discussions are; Who has the most expensive things to show? Who has ordered what and again how expensive it is? It's more like page 3 talks nothing else.
