Good for learning but still Family culture are observed. Mostly high post was captured by the Family member. VPP was added in the Salary bracket, which was deducted from your salary without any reason

Gender baised behaviour from reporting manager and no work is delegated all type pf descrimination with females and arrears are also unpaid . No learning n growth and nepostism is of high level and deserving one are suffering . 4 years are full waste here.

"Proceed with caution" is the word for CJDarcl as it is a nightmare for your career growth. Worst Management. Zero Growth Oppurtunities. The HR here is like a joke with ZERO support for employees . Amazing working culture where strict policies are created to force employees from not getting up from there seats. Your CTC automatically changes from fixed to variable without any talk.

It's a LALA company where mid Sr.'s level are in thinking they are THE BOSS of the LALA company. They do play a role of Monarchy and under employees are nothing to be considered as person. Their hot discussions are; Who has the most expensive things to show? Who has ordered what and again how expensive it is? It's more like page 3 talks nothing else. It is best company to learn and execution. I have joined 18 years ago and worked at different dimensions in company. Always company management supported and encouraged me to take the new challanges. I am very fortunate that i have joined the same company. Our CMD Sir is our role model he is the man who is working wonderful job at social and professional both dimensions. In my carrier during regular customer visits i always feels proud that every person likes their approach and happy with their ethics. I also want share that in Seniro Managmenet Mr. Pardeep Bansal, Puneet Aggarwal supported so much to us and show their faith on us and gives lots of oppoturnity to grow in any direction as per our conveneyance.
