Dislikes

Upper management needs to learn more management skills, proper manpower assessment before hiring canduadtes.They hire candidates from best institutes but at the end of 3-4 months ask them to leave even if they are performing well and adding good value to their business. So you will regret after joining the organisation.

All the folks you would be working with on an executive level are good though, the senior management and their decisions are just terrible. Also, they would put that immense workload that eventually you will realize that you have groomed your skillset.

Every single thing apart from the above one is far more than just being worst at CityMall. Also, they kind of have a fantasy to show fake hirings and unexpected layoffs (along with promising the entire team that this is the last one, every time they do) in front of their investors.
