All the seniors are supportive, very good work culture as well as provides good platform to perform, provides best salary in the industry, give time to time appraisals and fastest growing organisation in its category.

Planning is perfect but little bit delay in executions is what I dislike.

As a store manager all the store daily operations are under my responsibility. Hence, my job is cchallenging but but sence of authoritarian and deligation make it adventurer. Some time long working hours make it difficult but here every day is a new day.

Company need to work on there management part and they should think about staff benefits like staff room. Example in the rainy season staffs are having there lunch in the security counter which is outside the store means on the road side and one more thing in three month I have understood that the there is no unity between HOD`a. Sorry to say but it's TRUE.
