Dislikes

Fluctuation in running offers without store being informed. Growth is slow but the perks are very good. Floor Staffs are not being rewarded on time that leads to demotivate in floor staffs and then its more complex to encourage them for the next time.

Work Details

Its being a great learning experience for me as I came form 400-1200 sq ft store and then getting an opportunity to explore my self in the value format and handling a team of 32 members. Managing day to day activities,learn every aspect of the SOP.
