Work culture is good. All over it is average.job security is there untill any complain against you is not escalated by senior or junior.

Dislikes

If you are a fresher then you have to struggle a bit for getting information. Main problem is payment delay to vendor makes difficult to run daily basis works. Time for personal activities will be negligible. Salary slip of each person will not be available until you are there for 6 months. There always be some problem in salary amount.

All the seniors are supportive, very good work culture as well as provides good platform to perform, provides best salary in the industry, give time to time appraisals and fastest growing organisation in its category.

Planning is perfect but little bit delay in executions is what I dislike.

As a store manager all the store daily operations are under my responsibility. Hence, my job is cchallenging but but sence of authoritarian and deligation make it adventurer. Some time long working hours make it difficult but here every day is a new day.
