If you want to start your career then it's a good place and if you want growth ..then kindly do not join in this organisation. The whole management is messed up. Everybody is doing job which they are not entitled to. You have job security but of no use..no hike, no incentive, no appreciation, no events, no parties. Waste branch managers.
