Nothing if they have grow in future so they have to first fire there old employee who makes CityFurnish there second home from last 5-7 year the only company I have seen in career where employees are changing simultaneous managers are as it is they're Founders are good and very helpful but Managers are opposite company need a good top level management to grow in future

Dislikes

There is nothing to like and please provide basic ethics to the managers how to behave with junior employees

1) Good exposure for the newbies in the operations team 2) A few colleagues are worth engaging with.

1) After the funding ceased, the company culture became intolerable. 2) This is the first organization I've encountered where sales & marketing are managed by Interns, while supply chain operations are lead by industry experts. Nevertheless management believes that lack of new orders is dueto operational issues</mark>. 3) If orders decrease, management begins placing orders for themselves to falsely inflate order counts and mislead investors. 4) Most of the senior managers/heads come from non-technical background and tend to perpetuate a culture of " Yes Boss" (which appears to be their primary skill). 5) The founder behaves like he is managing a local factory rather an established company. No input is acknowledged unless it aligns with the founder's personal gain and according to him, all employees in operations are considered as thieves(A desk cam is installed in every WH solely to eavesdrop the ongoing conversations.) Let me summarize the impact of this culture with attrition figures in last year ( Position/ Hired Employee count) - GM operations- 2 - Procurement manager- 3 (At last managed by the family member, prior experience: Accounts Manager) - Operations Manager- 2(At last managed by the family member, prior experience: TL-Customer Support) - City Manager Delhi- 2( At last managed by the family member, prior experience: Audit Manager in local factory) In WH's, 70% of the staff hail from Jodhpur( the founder's hometown) because local rarely suffer this much pressure and choose to leave Suggestion for new joiners- If you're currently employed, please refrain from joining as there is a risk of being terminated along with a huge fine( without any cause) as only one team works here supper fast, "City furnish Legal team"....Read More

Management very good centre team very supportive and HR kewal jhuth bol kar joining karati hai 3 months ka promotion period hota hai lekin ye log 3 mahina khatam ho Jane ke bad v Confirmation letter nhi deta hai. Aur Delhi warehouse ka City head Tejpal Singh and Warehouse Manager Naresh bahut he ganda insan hai naye logo ko bahut pareshan karta hai itna pareshan karta hai ki koi v naya supervisor 3 months se jayada waha kam kar nhi pata hai jo un dono ka Pani uske dera tak pahucha de wo uske liye best h. Bhut bekar management hai delhi warehouse ka. Jab Tak city head ya manager dono me se ek ka transfer nhi hota hai waha koi v supervisor nhi kaam kar paeyega. Ye dono mentaly torcher karata hai. Hum v 3 month kaam kiye. Mere se pahle wala supervisor v 3 month Kam Kiya ye log inta pareshan kiya ki wo v kaam chhod Diya. Pls koi v fasne se pahle ye padh Lena. Company ke centre team bahut acha hai owner Mr. Nirav sir bahut nek dil insan hai Priyanka mam harshit sir pushan sir Uday sir bhut ache insan hai. For me as a fresher, there's a lot to do. I am able to see my skills in work and making it worth. No doubt that at times there's a lot on plate! People working here comes from very different backgrounds both socially & economically, acts as an inspiration/ motivation or sometimes as a red flag.

Dislikes

I always hated micromanagement but sadly that's quite prominent, I am new to this field hence feel sceptical about it but there's an extent. I never expect such management as that really affect & bounds the creativity knowing that it might not be liked by the person one report to. Also, 6 days of work is a big issue as there's no work-life balance as often there's enough work that you gotta take it home. I would really appreciate a 5-day work, and it's the high time to adopt that....Read More
