The People are very nice and friendly. None of the usual Corporate cringe. Appraisals are every 6 months and they can be good.

Dislikes

Some clients can be very demanding and this makes working for those clients very difficult. Work life balance is pretty bad for those clients. Pay is on the lower scale.

They helped me to improve my skills and career. During the working period, I got the chance to polish my coding skills and ideas for the betterment of the company and me. My colleagues have been really supportive and helped me alot with my skill improvement. I am impressed with these senior people's knowledge in the field of new-agetechnology. As a beginner, I could say that it is a good place for budding IT aspires to gather knowledge and build sterling career. They are also conducting a lot of entertainment programs for employees. I haven't experienced any negative things there. Everone is working from hom now and enjoying the work. The support from HR team and management was impressive compared to other organizations. Everyone is like a family. It's been a great working culture with many passionate career droving staff to help us out. For me it was a fantastic experience. Keep up the excelleant work. PM and lead never care about employee. Bad behavior to newly joined one . When I put resignation as I am not having career growth , they behaved very bad. use harsh word . Never go there with the review seen in the internet.
