Red Flagging this scam-like company

I had read about the company before applying that the HR will make you go through all the rounds and then ghost you. I still took the risk and went thru the interview process. It's been 2 months they've kept me hanging. The HR is a scammy team. They'll string you along for weeks and not respond to your emails, calls, texts. Which serious company does this? I'm totally red Flagging this company who gave me a temporary offer letter and didn't bother closing the hiring process. Shame on you....Read More

The flexibility and all are very good. Wfh and wfo options are feasible enough to manage the work culture.

They will do mass hiring and recruit number of people and lay off them double in number. After joining you should give 2 or 3 rounds of interview again(Internal evaluation-1, Client interview-2). For every project they will ask the skills which are out of your skill set. Client and the management thinks like one person should be more enough to handle the skills which are present among 3 people. Another important point one should remember before joining here ----After joining within 90 days you should be able to move in to any of the project and become billable or else on the 95th day they will force you to resign. If you are asking everything out of skill set means how one can become billable??? Depending on this, I don't like the hiring process here. Before hiring one should tell the remaining process so they can think whether to join or search for different company. I could see more number of my friends are terminated in such a way. To the management - Don't play with someone's carrier. Job is more important to everyone. We have supporting skills and deep knowledge about the subject and also not selecting in to any of the project, Results as where the employee gets hurted easily and becomes dump. Very toxic culture, lot of politics in company, Company don’t care about employee’s work life balance. Extra working hours but you will not pay for that. Very bad appraisal, even if you work hard, you will not get good appraisal

The teams are good and provide good learning opportunities for everyone. There are a wide variety of projects, so exposure is well structured

Dislikes

There is barely any workplace culture, the office itself has a closer plan making interaction with colleagues more difficult. They are yet to adopt the open floorplan workplace culture. Plus there is bad upper management, the project managers and owners are barely aware of project needs and handling (worked with over 5 teams) getting a basic license for software can take weeks. The appraisal each year is bad, number of leaves also reduce each year. Also work life balance is a challenge due to late night coordination with US based teams....Read More

1.Induction you can find the rudeness of HR, 2.small Pantry with limited food option, 3.if you are not in project they might release you at any given day

1. Zero job security. They have 90 days bench policy. If you are not enrolled in any Project, they will fire you immediately. They don't reveal this during interview. 2. Company doesn't have much Projects in Healthcare Domain. But still hiring/firing takes place on daily basis. Even after clearing 2 Tech Interviews + Client interview, people are in bench for more than 2 months. 3. Job security is Zero. Don't join or refer any of your Friends. This Company is in Danger Zone.
