Good environment for working, arranges indoor and outdoor activities, training were provided by the company on regular basis

Dislikes

Upper management need to initiative to judge the people who are really working hard, but it happens that they listen to some people who are not interested in the growth of team members

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
