Good Company.Great work life balance.Supportive collegues.If workload is there you may have to work on Saturdays otherwise 5 days a week.

Internal politics.If you reporting manager is knowledgeable and supportive then it will be good otherwise some managers are terrible and arrogant .You may not learn just refer to standard diagrams and implement in project thats it.For contract people work from office is compulsory

There is nothing to like about this company don't get in to the trap of contract its just for the project base whole management has been changed
