We do end to end work here, with minimum support, and crunch of staffing, thereby a lot to learn, take it pressure, knowledge and management.

Dislikes

Unorganised in terms of staffing, may be the policy is to overutilize people. No Salary rectification, baised management decisions, HR has no control over anything.

Micro Management Favouritism Pathetic Management and Managers Managers with no adequate Knowledge of the Department Process. Managers not wanting to take new task in order to avoid responsibilities. Management cutting cost by Cutting on basic Amenities like Toilet Paper, Canteen Paper Cups and Cup Plates.

Promotion totally depends on managers favoritismn and if stay close to managers by licking their feets, hike are very less single digit hikes. Supervisor are the one who take rating even if you perfrom the best.They don't provide you laptop, they provide you Vdi which is very hectic to use.

1.Higher management contribute to the toxic work environment with micro management without acknowledging the employee problems.The leader constantly criticize employee instead of giving proper feedback. 2.The concept of work life balance doesn't exist in this co, They expect you to work complete 365 days with long working hours and do not acknowledge it. 3.The onshore team is the most pathetic people you can ever see in your life time..they actually treat the India team as there slave. 4.The AVP and the VP doesn't work at all or even join the client call or involve into the process but they just demand the team to get the work everything without knowing any idea about it.(With zero accountability & poor communication? 5.Appraisal is also given to those people who are favourite of management side .. People feel that Cab facility is good But in reality the cab facility will be horrible where it takes nearly 1 hour to reach manikonda which is 7 to 9 kms

Micromanagment, over stretch every quarter, Process is not standardized, no proper training, no work life balance, HR is non existent, If you have someother offer along side with CITCO better to join other company even they are offering low pay, No Laptops are provided, No timely promotions and low hike, Cost cutting every where since the top management has changed.

There is new policy called my flex for hybrid model which is not at all clear and micro management, no work life balance at all. If we tell the same to managers they will tell work life balance is a mind set
