Company policies are good but not good company to work. Performance appraisal is not based on your performance. It is based on favouritism. How you good in licking will decide promotion. If you are not in good book then your VP never gives you any chance to highlight. Always give you reason.

No proper training No work time schedule (due to which health is compromised) No proper system No proper management Citco india services its a third party service Company heads claims the COE (CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE) is at PAR with 14 citco office worldwide but that is not the truth. The local office always have upper hand then theindia location. It's always a blame game in citco office where the team manager does the mistake and the blame is put on the subordinate. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
