Dislikes

The Managers are not well trained in their new roles, I faced severe discrimination from an African American Manager. Absence of clear goals and objectives and micromanagement and no development discussions in my case. They throw you like a vegetable if you raise your voice… so I am not sure of what inclusivity they refer to.
