1. Cisco has a great work culture and their programs for employee care is unparalleled. 2. One can learn a lot using their complimentary access to a host of portals from Udemy to LinkedIn Learning to Cisco Networking Academy 3. The product management practice is well defined 4. Work from home option 5. Internet reimbursement 6. Pay is on par with other big MNC 7. RSU and ESOP plans are attractive

Dislikes

1. Job Security - at least 2 or 3 limited restructuring takes place per year 2. Work life balance can sometimes take a hit due to pressure - again it depends on teams/managers 3. Employee medical insurance for India needs to improve in terms of networked hospitals for cashless payment

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
