Work life balance is very good. The stated policies are employee friendly and there are ample opportunities for learning/upskilling.

Dislikes

Constant change in roles and responsibilities creates uncertainty and unnecessary pressure. Rigid and hierarchical middle management along with a directionless and in flux senior management leaves an employee confused about the long term strategy. Good culture and teammates. Plenty of learning opportunities with access to most of the major learning platforms. Freedom to do work as you deem fit. Flexibility in timings.

Dislikes

Night calls which leads to poor work life balance. Even though products are sold all over the globe, almost all of the product management team works out of US which leads to poor work life balance for non US staff. Haphazard hike and promotions. Pay below market rates with no solution in sight. Job security is non existent with continuous LRs.
