Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management dosen't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

My Cipla.. It's is true.. I love cipla.. Because of this company given my life.so I am saying my cipla. The company policy is good. And such a world class drugs. And lot of first time in India drugs. And this products also very high quality medicine. Cipla theam but not a medicine make the difference. It's care continue. In this company I have good culture and protocol. I love Cipla.

Growth is very slow. And new launches is very high. It's absolutely non moving products and molecules. So we are lot of struggling this type of way about the company statagy.
