Cipla Quality Chemicals Industries Limited is a company certified by WHO and many regulatory bodies, working in it has exposed me to learn a lot of skills at both national and international level which has given me a great carrier growth. Working together in team made the work so interesting and easily come out with various innovations.

Dislikes

Work is intresting with the teammates, though we do not have department of research and development which could help our innovations to be highly considerate.

Work is intresting, though the work load is really high and we always work for twelve hours from Monday to Saturday.

Work load is not to much, Employees are not treated badly, A lot of training opportunity, Very nice and clean working environment, Provides job security.

Dislikes

Methods of appraisal not to good, The work pressure is sometimes very high working on public holly days, There is no system of salary increment apart from points you get from appraisal, the don't provide employee gratuity when living just pay 3 month up front.

Work is not very hard and there is some freedom. much work is on documentation and Avery thing you do should be according to SOP. other wise working environment is very good and nice.
