Long Work Hours. No Upskillment. repeatable works for an HR. No core access as HR. Not having authority to spend a single rupee as HR Activities. HR People need to be in field with operations as admin as well as per their training. Less salary as compare to industry standards.

I like they gave promotions and make you to a better position in less time

Nothing to dislike but when I got promotion in bathinda the unit head of that property was worst person ever he never appreciate your work even tho his language was very bad and he was a demotivated person. he argued with all the team members and he just targeted me many times and he was not good as a manager of that position. Neither your regional manager support you so I had to left the company. Never go to bathinda in cinepolis property otherwise you can die too bcz of mentally toucher...Read More
