The unit head's behavior is very bad, pressure of work remains even after coming home, daily shaving, putting on cap, making the associate do any work like putty, pant, choking of toilet,and many more only one associate in a shift

Job security is good, company follow rules regulations strictly, but management is poor. Teammates and the management aren't with you they always pushed you down. if you want to build good relation with them then you just be servant and do whatever they are saying that is or wrong.

I'm really proud and glad to be an CINEPOLIS employee, and in this pandemic situation the company is taking care of our self's, regarding financial support. I'm eagerly waiting to get back to the work like before days,I hope our company run like previous day's well and good. Thank you.

The first thing I dislike about Politics in organization, My concern is Managers should listen two sides problems, they just listen to oneside and judgement is final, from whome we expect support they just don't support us, I'm the person can talk open and honestly regarding problems or happiness, they are many peoples are like just keep quiet about their problems.
