As an intern I learned so many things about HR. The staff helped me and was answerable to all the questions raised in my mind. They allowed me to work and learn in different departments of HR like training and development, staff engagement, recruitment, co-ordinating. There were no as such dislikes but the filing work was boring though I came to know lot more things about documentation.

Work Details

As an HR intern I tried to learn and work as much as I could do. I worked in different departments of HR such as Recruitment, Staff engagement, Training and development and even documentation filings. I even prepared a Documentation TAT.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
