I have no point to share positive feedback for this company, worst part is if you quit the job after serving proper notice period , they give negative feedback to the next employer on bgv . It happens to me. Hr babu Rao behaviour is very bad , he thinks like he is an IAS officer . Emergency leaves not accepted by the manager and if you take a leave they deduct the salary for 2 days

Company will cut your salary with out telling you company norms. Also there is no leave.

The company should look after their employees. A good management creates a good working environment. I believe this company lacks in that field. Supporting their employees. Understanding their needs. This can change with a good restructure under management or supervisor roles.

i would not to join this organization. the management is not employee pro. i felt mental harassment and humiliation. they change their policies if employee asks for his rights. terrible working here. i would never ask anyone to join cik telecom. zero work ethics.
