Benefits policies are there just on paper, its really hard to get those in real Working on little old technologies which other competitors have already implemented many years back Bonus and hike are almost same between an average and good working employee

It is like a Govt Company with good work life balance and Job security. They provide good food, Gym and pickup and drop from Home.

Dislikes

Technical stack is too old and company has a lobby of old people who stayed in the company for last 10-15 Years. It is impossible to convince them for any new good idea. They only wants to hire and promote people of certain caste and region, using abusive language is common in work culture. The perks are nice but if you do not get a good manager or team is it the worst place to be.

No support from manager They want people to start performing asap. If someone is changing their role , there is no proper shadowing or guidance. It is that you are on your own
