Ciena is a great organization to work on. It has unique facilities like wellness Reimbursement. Work from home is good option but once a week. Transport is free, food is also free.

Dislikes

Phone and Internet Reimbursement is a miss. Rest facilities are more than peer organizations

It is like a Govt Company with good work life balance and Job security. They provide good food, Gym and pickup and drop from Home.

Dislikes

Technical stack is too old and company has a lobby of old people who stayed in the company for last 10-15 Years. It is impossible to convince them for any new good idea. They only wants to hire and promote people of certain caste and region, using abusive language is common in work culture. No support from manager They want people to start performing asap. If someone is changing their role , there is no proper shadowing or guidance. It is that you are on your own
