I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. It is like a Govt Company with good work life balance and Job security. They provide good food, Gym and pickup and drop from Home.

Dislikes

Technical stack is too old and company has a lobby of old people who stayed in the company for last 10-15 Years. It is impossible to convince them for any new good idea. They only wants to hire and promote people of certain caste and region, using abusive language is common in work culture.
