As the management is governed by church's priest & members, staff selection and higher positions are given to Chiristians even if the better options were available from other religions. 3. I don't like the rule of suffix and prefix for taking leave. Because those who are from outside state working in other state have to take more number of days leave for traveling because its not possible to go home and come back after next day because it takes one day in travel . Higher authorities don't politics but there are some authorities who take advantage of their post and management dont address their mistakes ....Read More

The salary/appraisal is very low compared to the market standards but as CASA is a church based agency, more focus is given on volunteerism rather that having a standard 9-5 paying job. Although the perks and incentives apart from the salary are good.

Well my time with casa was very fruitful and I spent 3.5 years with CASA and it was full of knowledge and perspective building and gave a sense of the grassroot level demographics and gave a thorough understanding of the programmes as well as finance
