1.Problem to get renewal of FCRA registration Every 5years (now FCRA registration has been rejected ) 2. As the management is governed by church's priest & members, staff selection and higher positions are given to Chiristians even if the better options were available from other religions. 3. I don't like the rule of suffix and prefix for taking leave. Because those who are from outside state working in other state have to take more number of days leave for traveling because its not possible to go home and come back after next day because it takes one day in travel . Higher authorities don't politics but there are some authorities who take advantage of their post and management dont address their mistakes ....Read More
