Salary on time. Many initiatives are faculty friendly like SCOPUS access, Coursera etc. Working in christ is hectic and restless.

No work life balance. if You can work tirelessly throughout college timing and after it then only think to join. seems working in a corporate with many and close deadlines. Restless job culture. Any work may come up in a day and it will spoil the day. You need not plan your day as you can not but the university plans for you. very tight monitoring and when it comes to appraisal they check everything. It is difficult for an employee to be good in all areas but they expect it from all employees. during holidays also, expect to work without compensation (Monetary or CL).
