No job security without any reason they are terminated employee. Work culture seniors are very negative they want to “ Chaplusi” Management of top level so poor on promotion or about annual bonus , company policy as per the policy sat sun off but they want we work on that also.

The culture there is very good. The behavior of the senior there is very good. It was great working there. When I got some experience from there, I got to learn a lot from there.
