Working in Chola hasn't been far away from a nightmare as the company culture is at it's worst. In terms of work life balance or opinion pf colleagues is not welcomed here. This company is being run by bunch of autocratic old school guys who do not have the sight of market planning or the ability to understand different markets. In terms of job security there's no sense of security as they hire people in name of chola ms & eventually place them on role of subsidiaries. Everything about chola has been disliked as they have shown the true specimen of bad bosses & a highly toxic environment for people who want to make a life out of their profession. Horrible experience & total false promises n egoistic rude bosses with no sense of sanity. Not even a single word of appreciation for the positive milestones achieved during the tenure.
