Good for freshers and jobless. Not for experienced because management won't value and no respect to employees. There is no mid level management in this company. No powers or authority to talk decisions for mid level management. Policies are not dislocated to employees so no benefits will be provided. Salaries will be on hold for stupid reasons. i.e. long leave, not well. Should not believe on the commitments done. They can change it at any time. In this company most I like rapid upgrade in software system and updated instructions it's for no chance to do mistake And learn lot of things like analytical skills and on site also introduced with new people to solve problems

Sandwich rule for leaves saying its industry standard Strict timings only for employees not for accounts people. No Guidance or training provided. Forced me to change my Ambition Box review to good in exchange of providing experience and reliving letter. Fired me without any notice and reason. Boss used to change my weekly reportsto management. Mon to sat 9-6 working what the hell is this or even govt holidays of national holidays are not considered you have to come and work, work life balance is shit, also here I a sandwich model for leave if you taken leave for Saturday and Monday than Sunday is also considered your leave and you will charges from the salary if you do any mistake in company you will charged for that.
