Salary is paid in time as agreed . Good natured behaviour shown by managers and staff in general. Importance given to Safety

Dislikes

No work - life balance, long working hours plus long travel hours amounting to 15 hours daily. No holidays. Discrimination based on nationality. Japanese and Indonesians get paid home leaves every 3 months . Indians and Philippines employees get only unpaid leaves that too every 6 months

It was a challenging project under a lot of pressure from the company who invested money for the project. The weather conditions were the most challenging one. working under -50 with the high wind was the most challenging condition.
