It is the only cancer institute in the eastern region under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.With a second campus coming in by next year at Rajarhat,CNCI is going to be a state of art Cancer Institute in the country

Nothing.The new campus will soon be functional and will start recruiting staffs in various Departments.

Work Details

I work as a Specialist in the Department of Gyne Oncology. I am Trained in Coloposcopy,LEEP and all kind of radical surgeries including Laparoscopic radical hysterectomy. I am either the PI or the CO PI of various community based screening programs.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Very good experience because I have been developed Clinical Biochemistry Department of CNCI, Kolkata in three campus one in Hazra , Kolkata, one in New town Kolkata and another is Chandannagar, Hooghly.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)
