no job security always threatening to ban you from UAE. Work culture is not good, you never know who is the man in charge. Management skills of the managers are zero. No company policy for non- chinese.

working environment is worst no body listen to your suggestions, just receive orders from the managers and if something goes wrong then immediately you are made in charge of every thing. Salary appraisal never happens. Salaries reduced permanently during covid 19. Never understand the feelings of the persons/ employee working in a project. Too much high pressure of work without any appreciation.

my first gulf country job is in this company.Having some language barriers but management is excellent and they got solution of every problems.very hard working and good working environment with excellent salary.

I enjoyed my role in this company but I realized this only when I left from there. If you're a hardworker, you've chance to make a good career here. Overall, the work environment was challenging but you would enjoy the responsibilities and authority.
