Had a very good team work from the non management employees and also good rapport with superiors.Very good appraisal pattern and career growth was a good one. At Vedaranyam salt works, myself was the only managerial level mechanical maintenance staff had a very good experience on preventive, break down maintenance jobs. Had a very good work environment as well as gained knowledge in technical field . Also attended subordinate employees requirements for their better work environment. Dislikes

Appraisal was a good one but promotional avenues was slow because of long service at the same organisation. I would have changed my line of experience from chemical industry maintenance to some other engineering field like automobile / designing etc. . This is the only set back for me.
