Instrumentation Head

1. Hands on work experience to carry out breakdown maintenance of all instruments in Chemical industries.
2. Knowledge on DCS programming & logic modification . Experience in YOKOGAWA make DCS with Foundation field bus concept.
3. Hands on experience in Calibration and Maintenance of field Instruments like Pressure, Flow, Level, pH, Conductivity & Temperature.
4. Knowledge on Ambient monitoring sensors.
5. Experience on project activities like tagging & ferruling of control cables, loop checking..
6. Hands on experience in Calibration and Maintenance of control valves, Positioners, Safety valves
7. Knowledge on Expansion valve, Solenoid valve, On/Off Valves.
8. Knowledge on HMI.
9. Complete knowledge on relay logic fault finding & modifications & updating of cable schedules.
10. Hands on experience in Magnetic flow meter, Mass flow meter, Vortex flow meter.
11. Knowledge in Air conditioner, Paging system, UPS, Smoke detector etc…
12. Documentation for ISO14001, ISO45001 & other safety audits.
13. Good knowledge in Programming, Understanding the logics preferably in Yokogawa, Emerson & Honey well DCS with foundation field bus configuration.
14. Inventory control & material management.
15. Knowledge in SAP module-Material management.
16. Follow-up of maintenance schedules-Preventive and Breakdown maintenances.
17. Maintenance of weigh scales & weighbridges.
18. Maintenance of Batch totalizer .
19. Knowledge & implementation of 5S system.
20. Hands on experience in calibration of pressure-temperature gauges and switches.

Hands on experience in using of HART communicator.
