Process Head

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all operational activities of the Fluoride Complex, ensuring conducive environment for efficient targeted production of on-specification product;
• Provide the main source of operations / technical advices and guidance to Management;
• Manage and impose total adherence to established safety principles and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment despite working with dangerous chemicals means;
• Ensure and maintain high quality of produced products such as: AIF3, HF, and more, to sustain the customer satisfaction objective and reputation of Gulf Fluor;
• Manage the overall production cost, ensuring lowest cost without compromising the desired quality of produced products;
• Manage and ensure that all environmental regulations pertaining to the plant are strictly adhered to, for the plant to be a good steward of the environment;
• Oversee the purchase and quality of the raw materials used in the plant operations;
• Participate in the identification of the monthly and yearly production targets, and supervise the progress of all activities performed within the Fluoride Complex;
• Evaluate performance records of chemical processes and physical operations, and submit report of findings to management along with recommendations when appropriate;
• Plan and manage the Fluoride Complex preventive and corrective overall maintenance as well as its modernization program, ensuring optimum production and cost value;
• Manage, supervise and develop direct reporting subordinates;

Lead and/or support any other analogous tasks when required.
