I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Technology and challenges in plant are very interesting to learn.

Dislikes

Worst working culture. We are not even let out of plant for food. Canteen food is terrible. It would be better if you are bringing food from home but it wont be hot and fresh. We are forced to work more than working hours in the name of commitment.
