Worst working culture. We are not even let out of plant for food. Canteen food is terrible. It would be better if you are bringing food from home but it wont be hot and fresh. We are forced to work more than working hours in the name of commitment.

Worst tea, need to pay. Worst food, need to pay. Medical insurance will cover only employee, but not family and that too minimum value to show up. DVI (retention amount is too high and they will pay after 2 years and not mention in CTC) SAP also exist. Above both if you resign they wont give. Commutation bus need to pay.
