Permanent job, full security, salary on time.

Worst tea, need to pay. Worst food, need to pay. Medical insurance will cover only employee, but not family and that too minimum value to show up. DVI (retention amount is too high and they will pay after 2 years and not mention in CTC) SAP also exist. Above both if you resign they wont give. Commutation bus need to pay.

No empowerment, no professionalism , company spy employee bank account & personal life , lot of unwritten rules and ethics, company culture not upgrade to current culture
